CELEBRATION CARGO LINE: REQUIREMENTS

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

The US Census Bureau rules under the foreign trade regulation 15 CFR PRT 30 require submission of specific information for exporting cargo. These regulations are enforced by US Customs and Border Patrol. It is required that under certain circumstances an export information form (EEI) be filed by the shipper of record. The filing may be done by the shipper, their Freight Forwarder or by the Ocean Carrier. If completed by the Shipper or Forwarder, proof of filing must be submitted to the Ocean Carrier.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Authorization from Shipper to prepare EEI
2. An original invoice
3. Employer Identification Number if the shipper is a company.
4. Social Security Number if the shipper is an individual.
5. Foreign Entity must have a current Passport for identification.
6. Full information for the contact party, including address and telephone.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS: EXPORTING VEHICLES

1. Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (New Vehicles), or original Title signed by
    seller and buyer
2. Original Bill of Sale signed by seller and buyer.
3. Government issued picture ID. Foreign Passports must have current entry stamp.
4. Export Power of Attorney. If the party is not in the US, the Power must be notorized at a     US Counsulate or Legal Noteary in the Native Country.
5. All equipment must be operational. Additional charges will be assessed if the vehicles
    do not start.

Merchandise may not be left inside the vehicles.
